Right Brodas Agro Venture Ltd was incorporated in February 2026 as a private company limited by shares under the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
Based near Dennis Osadebay University in Asaba, Delta State, the company was founded to carry the full weight of a modern poultry operation — from day-old chicks to point-of-lay birds — while extending into livestock, aquaculture, feed supply, and farm consultancy across the region.
The business is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), giving partners, lenders and institutional buyers a fully documented company to work with.
